How are engagements structured?
Every engagement follows our Consult → Assess → Plan → Implement arc. The scope and length depend on your goals — we'll define both clearly before any work begins.
Are you a freight broker or dispatch service?
No. SUYI LLC is a consulting and advisory firm. We provide advisory services directly and do not broker freight, dispatch loads, or act as an intermediary between shippers and carriers. You work with an experienced advisor throughout.
Is my information kept confidential?
Absolutely. Every engagement is handled with full discretion. We do not share your operational information, and we do not sell or share personal data.
